Ridiculous Paper

Ridiculous.  Paper and people do not mix.  I’ve gotten back for the third or fourth time my travel expense report that still needs management signatures.  I have three of the forms with ticket stubs for planes and receipts for hotels and food attached to it.  It’s a mess of paper work that has been all over the country.  It’s worth $1345.88.  I have two other ones that are each worth $3xx.xx and $24x.xx.  I don’t remember the exact amounts.  The issue is that I keep getting back originals.  Not copies.  Originals.  If the packet is lost.  Then I’ve lost $194x.xx for a temporary period until I get copies of everything rounded up again.  Copies since the originals would be lost.

And then there are blue copies and gold copies and white copies.
